感謝同仁的鼓勵與支持！

Dear colleagues,

敬愛的同仁，大家好：

I am very grateful to have a chance to participate in the campaign for the next NPUST President. This is a kind of process for “learning by doing.”

個人一直懷著感恩的心在參選本校下任校長的推選活動，這正是一種【做中學】的精神。

Every Candidate shares his experiences and viewpoints in making NPUST the bright, dynamic and robust University, just like what President Guu said. The experience in the running process is fantastic and encouraging. I am sure every one of the candidates as well as faculty and staff members learns a lot during the past few months. This is the power for rolling up the NPUST.

每一位候選人都能分享自己的經驗與看法，要讓屏科大成為如古校長所提出：燦爛的、活力的與有動能的大學。參選過程是寶貴的、而且是有正面鼓勵的經驗。相信每一位候選人以及本校教師職員同仁，在過去幾個月中都學習到許多，這就是讓屏科大向上發展的正面力量。

I would like to convey my sincere thanks to all of faculty and staff members for your patient in reading those materials from candidates and participating in the election activities, especially for the part of mine.

在此要表達個人衷心的感謝，感謝教師職員同仁耐心閱讀候選人的政見理念，以及參與選賢與能的過程，特別是給予個人的鼓勵與指教。

I would also like to congratulate the three candidates who pass the first run vote. And, I just like everyone in NPUST look forward to the new President of NPUST to lead, to follow and to create another achievement for NPUST.

個人也要在此恭喜三位候選人通過第一輪同意票選，個人也如同每一位屏科大師生同仁，期待下一任新校長帶領、承繼及開創屏科大另一番願景。
